1. The snapshot provided by the customer will be considered the final product image. Any further changes should be pre informed to the Company before the manufacturing of the product or Additional charges will be applied.

2. Slight variations may occur in the design because the items are totally handmade.

3. If you want to see a sample then the customer need to bear the courier charges and the making charges of the product.

4. The invoice provided by the company will be final and no bargain will be entertained.

5. The customer needs to give proper description of the product. Any misleading information will not be entertained and the order can be cancelled.

6. Chocolates Items are not accepted back once they are opened. If you are unsatisfied with the chocolates or there are any other issues, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your concern.

7. If the product is same as that of picture provided by the customer and matches all the description then the company will not be responsible for any other issues.

8. The customer will be responsible for any copy right issues of the product. soum will not be responsible for any Legal Conflicts of the product. We assume that you have taken the consent of the person from whom you take the product.
